沙田柚花粉管在花柱中的生长途径及其识别
THE GROWTH WAY OF POLLEN TUBES IN THE STYLE OF SHATINYU AND ITS DISCERNMENT

Abstract
By the cytochemical method using Concanavalin A-Horseradish peroxidase conjugates,the structure and function of the 1/2 stylar canal cells in the various growth stages of Shatinyu(Citrus grandis var.shatinyu Hort.)were observed.From tetrad to dikaryaphase was stage of synthesizing the cell wall and intercellular substances and glycoproteins.From dikaryaphase to flowering,the canal cells differentiated to mature.The cell wall substances were degraded.The caticular lower-cavity formed and stored the intercellular substances.The glycoproteins showed granular and were located in the electronic transparent-layer between the plasmolemma and cell wall.In the 1 to 3 days after pollinating,the canal cells were nearing decrepitude.The glycoproteins were located in the outer cellulose wall and the intercellular space didn't form.The pollen tubes grew to pass between the lower cavity of the angular caticle of several adjacent canal cells and outer cellulose wall.The self-pollinated pollen tubes stopped growing as the callose added on the cell wall.The experimental results showed the growth way of pollen tubes was determined by the cell wall thickness of guidance tissue and reptured-time of caticule.The discerning action of the glycoproteins on the cellulose wall for the pollen tubes and style was discussed.关键词
