大鼠腹膜透析液和腹膜表层中磷脂含量
Content comparation of phospholipid in dialysate and peritoneal surface layer in rat

Abstract
The phospholipid (PL) in rat's dialysate and peritoneal surface layer were ertracted using the Folch solution. The amount of phospholipid was measured by spectrophotometry. In order to determine their composition, we use high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC)。After dialysating with 25mL 4.25% glucose dialysis solution for 4 hours, the phospholipid content in the effluent is 0.121971mg, while the surface layer's is 1.1206972mg. In the effluent, there are four different compounds: phosphatidycholine (PC 66%), phosphatidylinositol (PI 4.5%),lyophosphatidylcholine (LPC) and sphingomyeline (SM 29%) . However, in the surface layer, besides LPC, SM(20.6%), PC(47%), PI(6.3%), there are two additional compounds, phosphatidyl serine (PS 17.1%) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE8.9%). Our results suggest that (1) There is a large PL reservoir in the peritoneal surface (2) There is no difference between the ratios of PC with SM+LPC in the efftuent and the peritoneal surface layer. Besides the PC, SM and LPC, the peritoneal surface layer also contains PS and PE. (3) Shielding from the peritoneal surface may be the major reason for the presence of PL in dialysate.关键词
