摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,so as to make an early diagnosis available.Methods Retrospective study of 22 GPI cases was performed.We did the intellective detection with MMSE score.Results There were different degree decrease of intelligence in the 22 patients,some combined mental and behavior disorders,opinion and auditory hallucination,all the RPR and TPPA tests in the blood and CSF were positive.Conclusion GPI was varied clinical characteristics and easy to misdiagnose.Diagnoso on syphilis must combine the imageological data,such MRI.关键词
