Abstract
Objective: To study the change of serum 1,25 - (OH) 2 D3 and the masons for the change of serum 1,25 - (OH)2D3 in patients with advanced cor pulmonale. Methods:The serum 1,25 - (OH)2D3, 25 - (OH)D3, parathormone ( PTH ) and the serum calcium, phosphorus and magnesium ( Sca, SP, SMg) were measured in 48cases with the disease. Results: Compared with the control group, the serum 1,25 -(OH)2D3 ,25 - (OH)D3, PTH and the Sca,SMg were lower significantly(P ＜0.01 ) ,SP was not significantly lower. In the patient group,the 1,25- (OH) 2 D3 of those whose 25 - (OH) D3 and PTH were lower than their separate mean values was decreased significantly ( P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01 ), compared with the 1,25 - (OH) 2 D3 of those whose 25 - (OH) D3 and PTH were higher than their separate mean values despectively. Conclusions: 1,25 - (OH)2D3 were decreased obviously in the patients. Descreased 25 - (OH) D3 and PTH were the reasons of the decreased 1,25 - (OH)2 D3. It was necessary for the patients to be supplied with VitD3 properly.关键词
