面向集成化产品开发的项目管理研究OA北大核心CSCD
Study on Project Management for Integrated Product Team
根据分布式计算环境下并行产品开发的特点，对产品开发项目过程进行了层次分解和形式化描述，提出了一种项目管理系统体系结构，运用有向无环图可视化方法建立了任务流模型，同时对原型系统中各模块的功能设计进行了描述，该系统能够对产品开发过程中的任务流进行正确的管理与监控，使产品开发收敛于预定目标。
The process of product development is divided into hierarchicalstructure based on the characteristic of product development under distributed application environment. The formalized description and the system architecture of project management are presented. By the DAG method the task-flow model is built.
