北京鸭中脑部分神经核团的形态学研究
THE MORPHOLOGY STUDY OF THE CERTAIN NUCLEAR GROUPS IN PEKIN DUCK'S MESENCEPHALON
摘要
Abstract
The serial section of ten Pekin ducks' brains which were stained by Nissl method were used to observe the morphology and cytoarchitecture of the nucleus of Darkschewtch(D),nucleus interstialis Cajal(IS), nucleus interoeduncularis(IP), nucleus mesenceohalicus nervi trigemini(nVM),nucleus angularis(An) and nuclei raphes of mesencephali which lie in the midbrain..The results are as follows: 1.An is situated on the medial side of the fasciculus longitudinalis medialis;2.The nucleus decussationis brachiorum conjunctivorum (nDBC) lies in front of the nucleus centralis superior(CS);3.The nucleus linearis mesencephali(L) is linked up with the nucleus linearis caudualis;4.D.IS.IP and nVM of Pekin duck is similar to one of which was previously observed in the other bird.关键词
