Abstract
An F7 recombinant inbred population of 234 lines (RILs) was used to extract nearisogenic lines (NILs) by trait-based and marker-based methods. Near-isogenic lines for grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight were extracted from recombinant inbred lines 65 and 197,respectively. Near-isogenic lines for QTL marker locus RZ403 and interacted locus pair C1023 and C794 were also obtained from recombinant inbred lines 54 and 240, respectively. These near-isogenic lines were precious genetic materials for exactly mapping QTL and studying the effects of QTL and epistasis.关键词
