环己烷富氧氧化反应器内气相空间危险性研究
Study of the Risks of Gas Phases inside the Reator of Cyclohexane Oxidation with Oxygen-enriched Air

Abstract
By means of explosion tests of gas phases inside the reactor and the analysis of explosion limit of "cyclohexane-oxygen-nitrogen", the Limited Oxygen Concenlration(LOC of) "cyclohexane-oxygen-nitrogen" mixture was 160 ℃, and 1MPa was 9.4%.Under the process conditions of oxidation with 30% oxygen, the material distribution did not fall inside the explosion limit, with the same safety as that of air oxidation (21% oxygen content).关键词
