促卵泡素与促黄体素对猪卵母细胞体外成熟的影响
Effect of Follicle-stimulating Hormone and Luteinizing Hormone on in vitro Maturation of Porcine Oocytes
摘要
Abstract
The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of Follicular stimulating hormone (FSH)and Luteinizing hormone (LH) on in vitro maturation(ⅣM) of porcine oocytes, and to find the optimal doses of them. In the first experiment, when 1, 5, 10 IU/mL LH were supplemented in the maturation medium, the rates of maturation of the treated groups were 49.1%, 30.0 % and 36.3 % respectively, which were higher than the control ( 15.9 % ). And the rate of maturation of 1 IU/mL LH group was the highest in all groups, which had significantly difference with the control (p ＜ 0.05). In the second experiment, the group of 1 IU/mL LH + mTCM199 was the control group, and 1,5, 10 IU/mL FSH were supplemented respectively. The results showed that when 1, 5 and 10 IU/mL FSH combined with 1 IU/mL LH were supplemented, the maturation rates were 49.1%, 40.1% and 27.6% respectively, which had no significant difference with the control group (49.0%). The results also showed that the maturation rates were decreased when increasing the supplementation of LH or FSH. It were resulted that the optimal concentration of LH and FSH was 1 IU/mL in this experiment.关键词
