荆三棱化学成分的研究(I)
Chemical Study on Scirpus yagara
摘要
Abstract
Scirpusin A and B were identified as active agents against HIV from Caragana rosea in our previous study (yield 1×10-4%).In order to find new rich resource for the two compounds,we conducted a chemical investigation of rhizome of Scirpus yagara Owhi growing in Heilongjiang Province.Six compounds were isolated from the EtOAc fraction of this plant.On the basis of1H NMR as well as by comparison with authentic samples.they were identified as betulin (1),p-hydroxy cinnamic acid(2),scirpusin A(3),resvemtrol(4),piceatannol(5),and scirpusin B(6) respective-ly.Scirpusin A and B were proved to be rich in this plant(yield 0.017%and 0.013%).关键词
