青岛、威海水域夏冬季表层沉积物细菌多样性的初步研究
A Preliminary Study on the Bacterial Diversity in Surface Sediments from the Coastal Water of Qingdao and Weihai in Summer and Winter

Abstract
Based on the purified DNA extracted from surface sediment samples from coastal water of Qingdao and Weihai in summer and winter, 16S rDNA fragments of bacteria were PCR amplified and 16S rDNA clone libraries were constructed. Sequence analysis of 16S rDNA, compared with the published sequences in Genbank database and guided by the phylogenetic tree, the bacteria fell into eleven main lineages: Proteobacteria, Plancomycene, Gemmatimonadetes, Acidobacteria, Nitrospirae, Verrucomicrobial, Bacteroidetes, Chloroflexi, Firmicutes, Actinobacteria and Clostridiales. Proteobacteria was the dominant group and the subgroup of γ-Proteobacteria predominated in them. Compared with Station QD2, the seasonal variation of bacteria diversity in the sediment of QD1 seemed to be very small.关键词
