Abstract
Objective: To approach the clinical value of the effectiveness of early rehabilitation combined with electric stimulation and airpressure treatment on dyskinesia of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: We chosed 80 patients with dyskinesia resulting from acute cerebral infarction, then divided them into experiment group(n=40)and control group (n=40) randomly. Department of neurology's conventional therapy and athletic rehabilitation training were applied to both groups in earlier period.Meanwhile, the experiment group was added to airpressure treatment and eleetrostimulation. The motor function of all patients was assessed before and two weeks after treatment.Tben analyzed the data with statistics. Results:After treatment, the score of the motor function of the experiment group was superior to that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion :Early rehabilitation combined with electric stimulation and airpressure treatment could improve the motor function of patients with acute cerebral infarction obviously.关键词
