平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤56例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 56 cases of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma treated with Bleomycin

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Pingyangmycin (PYM) on oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with various types of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma that were treated with PYM intratumoral injection in our hospital from May 2000 to May 2002 were retrospectively analysis. Results 56 patients were followed up for 6 months to 6 years. All of them, 27 cases (48.2%) were cured, 20 cases (35.7%) basical cure, 6 cases (10.7%) were improved, 3 cases (5.4%) were ineffective, 17 cases had fever response, 12 cases had anorexia for 1-2 days. 15 cases had partial rupture, 1 cases occurred anaphylactic shock. Conclusion The method of PYM local injection for treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma is simple, effective, short period of treatment, and less side effects and scarring.关键词
