Abstract
Optical voltage transducer (OVT) used to measure the voltage of power system is superior to conventional electromagnet-induced voltage transducer in many aspects, thus it has great potential of application. This paper introduces basic principle and present research situation of OVT, analyzes the advantages and defects of a great variety of OVTs, and summarizes several promising research directions, such as OVT based on Pockels effect, all-fiber OVT, hybrid optical power transducer, etc.关键词
