人体广州管圆线虫血清抗体的ELISA法的临床诊断价值

Abstract
Aim To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of an enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for serum antibody in the angiostrongyliasis patient.Methods Serum antibody was detected by using ELISA in 34 patients with angiostrongyliasis,and was followed up for 15 months.Results The positive rate of serum antibody in angiostrongyliasis on 0.5～1 month,4 months and 15 months after attack was 96.12%,92.59% and 76.92% respectively.The sensitivity of early diagnosis was 94.12%,the specificity was 82.35%.Conclusions ELISA possesses highly sensitivity and large value of clinical application.This way can apply to a popular serum epidemiological mass survey in focus.关键词
