摘要

Abstract

The electrochemical polymerization of Brilliant cresyl blue (BCB) at the carbon fiber microelectrode (CFME) and the electrochemical properties of resulting films are investigated in cyclic voltammogram (CV). The modified electrode shows a catalytic ability to the voltammetric response of dopamine (DA) and ascorbic acid (AA). The catalytic peak currents are linearly related to both DAand AA concentrations in the ranges of 7. 0×10-5mol/L~1. 0×10-3mol/L and 2. 0×10-5mol/L~ 1.3 ×10-3mol/L, respectively. In addition, the difference of the catalytic peak potentials of DA and AA reaches to 250mV. The mutual interference of DA and AA can be avoided so that the electrode can be used as probes to determine DA and AA simultaneously. The recovery of detected DA injection is 96.7%~101.3%. More importantly, this analytical process can be performed without deaeration, it is an indispensable condition for in vivo studies.
