甲状腺激素治疗慢性心力衰竭伴正常甲状腺病态综合征的效果观察
Clinical study of low-does thyrox in treatment of Chronic heart failure and euthyroid sick syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective The clinical study of thyroxin used to increase in chronic heart failure with normal thyroid sick syndrome when conventional treatment. Method 20 patients with chronic heartfailvre and normal thyroid sick syndrome were randomly divided into two groups , treatment and group. The control group was in conventional but the treatment group was conventional treatment and low-does thyroxin . Consecutive four weeks, the effects were compared between two groups. Result On heart tonetion improved ,the treatment group is better than control( P<0. 05). Conclusion Chronic heart failure with normal thyroid sick syndrome with short-term increase in thyroid hormones help to improve cardiac function.关键词
