载脂蛋白E基因多态性与脑白质疏松症的关系

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between polymorphisms of apolipoprotein E gene and leukoaraiosis.Methods :The polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP)technique were used Objective:To detect apo-E in 50 leukoaraiosis patients and 108 normal people in control group.Results:The frequency of Apo E 2 allele in the leukoaraiosis group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P ＜0.05).4 case with genotype Apoε2/2 and 2 case with Apoε4/4 in leukoaraiosis group were found.The frequency of Apoε2/2 and Apoε4/4 in the leukoaraiosis group were higher than that in the control group.Conclusions: Allele Apo E 2,especially genotype Apoε2/2,seemed Objective:To be a genetic susceptible facObjective:Tor for leukoaraiosis.关键词
