摘要
Abstract
Numerical analysis for 6061Al/SiC laminated composite material under cycling temperature load has been done in this paper. Structural element in ANSYS software was used,while Al was considered as elastic-plastic model and Mises kinematic plastic theory was introduced. Temperature-dependent material properties were used. The residual plastic deformation and thermal stress were calculated,and the cycling residual thermal stress curve form 205℃ to 20℃ temperature cycle was obtained. The analytical results are in good agreement with its experimental data. The research in this paper could provide good theoretical basis to the prediction of its thermal fatigue life.关键词
