Abstract
Glycoprotein I (gl) genes were amplified from genomic DNA of MDV 814 and G2 strains by PCR. The amplified fragments were cloned into pUC18 vector plasmid via restriction endonuclease BamH I and Sma Ⅰ repectively. The recombinants were screened by restriction endonucleas analysis. The obtained positive gl genes marked 814-gI and G2-gI were sequenced and compared with the other reported gl sequences of MDV. The homology of gl for different MDV strains was analysised and the phylogentic tree was also drawed.关键词
