Abstract
Buckling analysis for uniaxially or biaxially compressed laminated plates resting on a twoparameter foundation is presented based on the classical laminated plate theory. A semianalytical approach, which makes use of DQ approximation and Galerkin method, is developed to determine the buckling loads for the plate. Numerical examples show that fiber orientation, foundation parameters, plate aspect ratio and boundary conditions have great effects on the loadcarrying capacity of the plate.关键词
