Abstract
Objective: To study the relation between clinical manifestation and morbidity of Central Fatigue Syndrome and serum tryptophan of high schcol students in zhuhai. Methods: We made a questionaire for 1594 students by simple. randon samplin and cluster sampling in four school as primary screening. Those students who had symptons were arranged to be examined to exclude other kinds of diseases. Also, we determined the content of their serum tryptophan. Results:The clinical manifeitations are autonomic disorders,disturbance of sleep and psychic sympotoms. We inferred that the morbidity of high school student of Zhuhai is 11%. Content of serum tryptophan is lower than normal controlled group. There was significant difference(P < 0.01 ). Conclusions: Central Fatigue Syndrome is a kind of common disease of high school students around Zhuhai area. We should try to prevent and treat it. Determination of content of tryptophan is of some value o this disease' diagnosis.关键词
