Thymic-associated Genes Expression Investigation of D-galactose Induced Aging Mouse Model by Real-tlme RT-PCR Method

Abstract
Objective To establish D-galactose induced aging mouse model and investigate thymic-associated genes expression. Meth-ads Thymic-associated genes expression were measured by real-time RT-PCR method valuing directly thymic microenvironment. Results Compared with control group, thymic-associated genes expression ratios of D-gal group were LM02: 0.94±0.76, FoxnI: 0.45±0.32, IL-7: 0.69±0.7. Concusions In contrast to control group, thymus microenvironment negative gene expressions in D-Gal group have no ob vi ous change, but some necessary gene expressions decrease. So, D-Gal treatment can induce thymus involvation.关键词
