Preparation of High-purity TiO2 Ultra-fine Powder Used in Electronic Ceramics by TiCl4 Direct Hydrolysis
摘要
Abstract
A new preparation process of high-purity TiO2 ultra-fine powders used in electronic ceramics was investigated. Firstly, the refined TiCl4 was used to prepare to the dense aqueous solution by adding pure water. Secondly, ammonia and the surface-active agent were directly added to the solution and got H2TiO3. Thirdly, the H2TiO3 was dried and calcined for two hours at 880? ℃. Finally, the high-purity TiO2 ultra-fine powders was obtained by grinding the TiO2 powder with a ulrasonic air current grinder. The technical conditions of hydrolysis process, such as the surfactant ,TiCl4 solution concentration,heating rate ,drying and calcining conditions is well discussed . The high quality high-purity TiO2 ultra-fine powder used in electronic ceramics prepared by the new process is an ideal alternative to imported products for electronic ceramics.关键词
