Determination of the Polysaccharide in Roots, Stalks and Leaves of Aralia Continentalis Kitagwa by Spectrophotometry
摘要
Abstract
To establish a method for the determination of the polysaecharide in Roots, Stalks and Leaves of Aralia continentalis Kitagwa. The content of polysaccharidc was determined by spectrophotometric at 490hm wavelength.Results indicated the curve was A=0.0062C-0.0118, r=0.9992, the average recovery was 99.19% and RSD was 1.72% (n=5).The content of polysaccharide in three-year-old plants was 9.09%. This method was easy and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Aralia continentulis Kitagwa.关键词
