摘要
Abstract
The drought stress, salt stress and alkaline stress were imitated by isosmotic solution of 15%PEG-6000, 72 mmol/L NaCl and 72 mmol/L NaHCO\-3 on roots' activity and nitrate reductase activity in Zea mays L.. The experiment results showed that the root activity of Zea mays seedling was increased by 8.4%,7.4% and 5.6%,the root nitrate reductase was increased by 3.2%,69.7% and 290.4%,leaves nitrate reductase activity was decreased by 67.7%,63.3% and 59.3% respectly than control under different stress.关键词
