Studies on detection of avian reovirus S1 gene by seminested PCR
摘要
Abstract
Two sets of specific primers(XZ11/XZ12,XZ11/XZ33)were designed according to the sequences of S1 of avian reovirus S1133 reference strains.The RNA of 6 avian reovirus reference strains were detected by seminested polymeramse chain reaction method. An avian reovirus specific 392 base pairs cDNA products were amplified by this seminested PCR from these 6 reference strains, but not from 6 different other avian pathogenic viruses and bacteria.Seminested PCR is more sensitive than RT-PCR.As little as 1fg of ARV RNA was able to be detected by this seminested PCR using gel electrophoresis.关键词
