摘要

Abstract

In this paper,we define two different kinds of productive function with pollution.In the conditions of two different productive functions, we use stochastic optimization method to analyze two stochastic growth models with anti-pollution investment by government separately and have the following conclusions s increasing the externality index of pollution is in favor of economic growth but not in favor of welfare; Increasing the government investment in environmental protection is in favor of welfare,whereas the effects on growth are related m the externality index of pollution and the weight of the impact of pollution on the utility.
