Abstract
Objective: To study of the influence of Qinghuang mouth tables to salivary SIgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4 and Lysozyme(Lyz). Methods: Salivary SIgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4 and Lyz of 30 oral candida albicans patients were determined before first treatment and after treatment. Salivary SIgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4 and Lyz of 60 heathy human were determined and were as nomal control group. Results: Salivary SIgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4 and Lyz oral eandida albieans patients before treatment were lower than that of normal crowd significantly (P<0.01); SIgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4 of of oral eandida albieans patients after Qinghuang mouth tables treatment in-creased significantly(P<0.01), of SIgA,IgG,C4 were almost same as nomal crowd(P>0.05).Conclusion: Qinghuang mouth tables can increase the level of local defense mechanism of saliva, arriving at the destination through sterilization and regulation of immune competence of saliva.关键词
