232例围手术期患者抗菌药物应用情况分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate antibacterials used in perioperative patients and evaluate the rationality of antibacterials. Methods Retrospectively analyze the antibac-terials used in 232 perioperative patients. Results Antibacterials were used in all patients and cephalosporins were chosed in most patients, antibacterials were used in 66% patients with I kind incision and combination of two kind of antibacterials were used in 78% patients; antibacterials were used irrationally in 45% patients, usage or dose was irratio-nal in 35% patients, medication juncture was unreasonable in 13% patients, antibacterials used after operation was 59%, time of therapy was too long in 22%, unreasonable drug were chosed in 10% patients, and microorganism culture and susceptibility test were done in only 4% patients. Conclusions antibacterials were used irrationally in periopertive patients in our hospital, and may strengthen the normalization of usage of antibacterials.关键词
