利用LNG冷量的空气分离流程的模拟与分析
SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE AIR SEPARATION PROCESS BY USING LNG COLD ENERGY
摘要
Abstract
An air separation process by using LNG cold energy was introduced in this work.Aspen Plus software was used to simulate and analyasis this process. The results showed cryogenic energy of LNG for manufacture of liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen and lowering inlet temperature of RN compressors. The output temperature of LNG stream in the process was still low, and its cold energy could be further used in cold warehouse, cryogenic crushing and so on. When the RN was compressed to a higher pressure, a less amount of LNG were required, and the unit power consumption of liquid products has increased little.关键词
