二苯基锗二硫代氨基甲酸衍生物的合成与性质
Synthesis and Properties of Diphen-ylgermanium Dithlocarbamates
摘要
Abstract
The diphenylgermanium dithiocarbamates Ph2Ge (S2CR)2 (Ⅰ～Ⅷ)have been synthesized by the reaction of Ph2GeCl2 with RCS2Na in CH2Cl2 solvent. Their IR,1H-NMR,UV spectra and in vitro antitumour activity are discussed. It is shown that these dithiocarbamates are mon-dentate ligands in the mentioned germanium com plexex (Ⅰ～Ⅷ ).关键词
