摘要
Abstract
In the process that the Al2O3/Al composites were produced by the directed oxidation of molten Al-Mg-Si alloys, the Mg vapor over molten surface is investigated with thermodynamical method in this paper. The thickness of Mg vapor layer is analyzed on the principle of gas flow diffusion dynamics. The results show that the thickness δ of Mg vapor layer is in proportion to the distance L from molten surface to upper fringle of crucible, and reduced when the MOL fraction of Oxygen O2 over the growth surface increased, and closely related with the growth speed of DIMOX composites.关键词
