摘要
Abstract
“Baomingyou”, a kind of health-protection product fo r piglets, was analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). 7 compon ents were isolated and identified using GC/MS, all of them were medium-chain tr iglycerides. Among them, glycerol tricaprylate, 1-decanoic acid, 2,3-dioctano ic acid, glycerin ester and 1-octanoic acid, 2,3-didecanoic acid, glycerin est er were main components, their peak area of chromatography accounted for 48.6%, 38.3% and 11.2%, respectively.关键词
