麝香保心丸在老年单纯收缩期高血压治疗中的作用
Effect of Shexiangbaoxin Pills on old age of patients with isolated systolic hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Shexiangbaoxin pills on old age of patients with isolated systolic hypertension. Methods 62 old-aged isolated systolic hypertension patients were divided into two groups randomly, each of which contained 31 patients. The control group was administered with amlodipine 5mg per day, while the observed group was administered amledipine combined with Shexiangbaoxin pills 3 times a day, 2 pills every time for 3 months. Results The systolic blood pressure and the pulse pressure in observed group were obviously lower than that in control group. There is a significant differenee between two group (P<0.05). Conclusions Shexiangbaoxin pills could reduce the systolic blood pressure and the pulse pressure in old-aged patients.关键词
