Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the integrated rehabilitation nursing interventions on functional recovery and prognosis in brain injury. Methods A total of 180 cases of brain injury were randomly assigned to the control and observation group,each consisting of 90 cases. The former received routine therapy and nursing care,while the latter received combined nursing care including position nursing care, rehabilitation training,cognitive behavior therapy and mental nursing in addtion. The pre- and post-interventional neurologic function defects (NFD) ,Fugl-Meyer(FMA) scale and modified Baxthel index(MBI)were compared between two groups,and the incidence rates for the compli-cations occurred within 6 months were followed.]Results Post-interventional NFD scores were markedly higher in the observation group than in the control group, while the scores of FMA and MBI were much lower, with significant differeces between two groups, all P < 0.01 (t = 7.577, 6.860,and 8.090 respectively). And the incidence rates for pulmonary infection,stress ulcor and sore were considerably lower in the observa-tion group than in the control group, all P < 0.05(χ2= 11.025,4.472, and 7.843 resepectively). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care can improve the neurologic and limb function,raise the activities of daily living,and incidence of the complication in patients with brain injury.关键词
