Abstract
Objective To Observate the side effects of spinal anesthesia for labor analgesia.Methods Choose spinal anesthesia for labor analgesia with 451 cases,curing with combined apinal - epidural auaesthesia,observe and record their various adverse reactions and complications of the situation.Results Spinal anesthesia for labor analgesia overall incidence of side effects was 16.2%.The common are blood pressure drop,chills,pain puncture points,hematoma,headache,back pain,limb weakness,skin itching,nausea,vomiting and other discomfort.Nerve dysfunction,chills,skin itching,pain puncture points,and blood pressure drop are the principal performance.Condusions To actively prevent spinal anesthesia for labor analgesia side effects emerged and improve clinicalefficacy.关键词
