摘要
Abstract
Due to historical and economic reasons ,China's construction land-use rights layered set up research still in its infancy,laws and regulations in this side than the provisions of the lack of enough space to protect our land resources development and utilization of the layered smoothly.In this paper,construction land-use rights layered content,the nature of an in-depth on the basis of our land-use rights layered construction may set up specific issues in-depth analysis,building on the land-use rights layered problems put forward practical and feasible measures with a view to building on our land-use rights layered set up to improve research help.关键词
