摘要

Abstract

Objective To study on the neuronal apoptosis mechanism of nitric oxide (ON) in the focal cerebral ischemia and the relationship between NO and apoptosis especially. Methods  Expression level of correlation gene in apoptosis was observed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR); They are Bcl-x and interleukin-1β convert enzyme (ICE).Results Determing the correlation gene of apoptosis determine results indicated: (1) Expression level of Bcl-x at the ischemia term in the operation side brain is decrease and one in reperfusion term in the operation side brain is increase and one in the no operation side brain is no change. (2) The small dose of NNLA can inhibited expression level of Bcl-x. (3) Expression level of ICE at the ischemia term is decrease and one at reperfusion term is no change.Conclusion  In the process of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion, Bcl-x take effect of inhibition cell apoptosis by increase expression level of Bcl-x. Bcl-x could inhibit cell apoptosis by the process that Bcl-x inhibits the process that ROS active ICE and ROS produce directly. Therefore that expression level of ICE decrease if relation that expression level of Bcl-x increase. NO in the process of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion effect the expression level of Bcl-x and ICE in the same time. It is concurrent to the change of pathology.
