骨伤软膏预防老年卧床患者压疮的研究
The study of bone fraoture medicinal ointment to prevent the Pressure sores for elderly bedridden patients

Abstract
Objective The study is to observe the effect of bone fracture medicinal ointment on preventing the pressure sores which arises in the elderly bedridden patients with bone fractures. Method The way is to divide the 163 bedridden patients suffer from bone fracture into two groups, including the test group with 82 samples and the comparison group with 81 samples. With the same general nurse, the test group was rubbed with bone fracture medicinal ointment on the compressed part. On the other hand, the comparison group was rubbed with honghua tincture. And then, to obtain the incidence rate of pressure sores and compare the skin comfort of the two groups. Result The result indicate that the incidence rate of pressure sores of test group is 2.43%, which is obviously lower than that of the comparison group with 16.05%.The skin comfort of test group is also better than the comparison group. (P<0.01).Conclusion Bone fracture medicinal ointment is effective and convenient in preventing pressure ulcer and it had no adverse reaction,which is suitable for elderly patients especially.关键词
