反相高效液相色谱法测定强筋健骨颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To detect the contents of lcariin in QiangjinJiangu granulas.Methods The HPLC method was established for the determination of Icariin in Qiangjindiangu granulas.The columu is Kromasi I C18 (4.6mm × 250mm,5μm),mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water(25:75).column tempreture 25℃,and the flow rare is 1.0ml/min.The detection wavelength is 270nm.Results A better linear relationship was obtained form 0.01949～0.3898μg of polydatin in plasma,which is with a good correlation coefficient(r=0.9998).The average recovery of ephedrine hydrochloride was,99.90%,RSD was 1.11%.Conelutioa This method is simple and quick.It can be applied to quality control of Qiangjinjiangu granulas.关键词
