大叶相思制CTMP及配抄箱纸板
Study on Production of CTMP and Liner Board with Acacia Auriculiformis Wood

Abstract
The fibre morphology and chemical composition of Acacia auriculiformis wood CTMP and liner board with it were studied. The results showed that the fibre length of A. auriculiformis was short， but the cellulose content was high， reached 47.14%，wall/cavity ratio（0.56～0.60） was small and lignin content was high. CTMP could be produced by single refining process with chips of 6 years old wood impregnated in mixed liquor of NaOH and Na2SO3 in advance. In making liner board， masson's pine kraft pulp was used as the top layer，about 20% in total， CTMP as the bottom layer，about 60% in total. The rest was a definite proportion of masson's pine kraft pulp mixed about 20% in total for production of liner board. The quality of the board was B grade based on the state standard. Pollution load of the blank liquor was low in the process of production and convenient for treatment.关键词
