Study on Tool Preparing System for FMS
摘要
Abstract
This paper deals with the research and development of tool preparing system. An architecture of tool preparing system for FMS is proposed. At the same time, the function analysis of the tool preparing system is discussed in detail. A new concept, tool relative wear ratio, is proposed to measure tool-wear accurately. This paper constructs a dynamic tool requirement planning for optimizing FMS tool inventory based on information from MRP and MPS. A new tool allocation strategy integrating group technology, genetic algorithms and virtual tool matrix strategy, it can solve the problem tool allocation and its optimization.关键词
