摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the pathogenic causes, clinical feature, treatment and prevention of epithelial implantation cyst of iris.Methods:To retrospect 22 cases of epithelial implantation cyst of iris including penetrated injuries (20 cases), cataract_extraction. (1 case), anti-glaucoma operation (1 case). All the cases underwent microsurgery.Results:Follow-up 6 months- 6 years after microsurgery, except 2 cases recurred and then underwent the second operation, other cases cured by the first operation. The visual acuity of all patients improved and had no other complications.Conclusions:It is very important to treat wound of comea or cornea-sclera edge accurately to prevent epithelial implantation cyst. Microsurgery is an effective treatment for cyst of iris with low recurrence, less injury.关键词
