More and more research indicate that P53 is a sequen ce-specifictranscription factor,whose transcriptonal targets induce growth arr e st and apoptosis .So most scholars agree that P53 is a tumor suppressor gene.Thi s paper mainly introduce the structure,function and action mechamism of the P53 gene.关键词
