Sustainable Development Legal Regimes in Petroleum Industry
摘要
Abstract
With the continual and steady development of China's economy,the expenditure of oil became increasingly.Therefore,in order to carry out the sustainable development,it must achieve the sustainable development of oil industry firstly.At present,there were few legal regine and legal system in the field of oll industry in our country.Thus it was suggested that we should envisage the "Environmental Impact Assessment",and establish the"payment for ecosystem services"system.In addition,it was submitted that we should set up corporation environment report mechanism.Last but not least,we should enact the HSE-MS Act.关键词
