高沸醇溶性木质素及其衍生物对内毒素的吸附性能研究
Study on the adsorption of endotoxion by HBS lignin and its derivatives

Abstract
Endotoxin is a kind of lipopolysaccharide, which is the outer cell-wall component of Gram-negative bacterials. Endotoxin can cause fever in organism, in serious case it will cause severe shock. However,endotoxin is difficult to be removed by usual sterile operations because of its stability to heat or organic solvents. In this paper, the adsorption properties of high boiling solvent of alcohol(HBS) lignin and its derivatives to endoxoxin were investigated. The experimental results showed that both HBS lignin phenol and HBS lignin amine can adsorb endotoxin in water and release the adsorbed endotoxin in organic solvents at room temperature,respectively. The desorpted HBS lignophenol and HBS lignoamine can readsorb endotoxin. So the derivatives of HBS lignin are a new kind of functional materials for removing endotoxin in medical industry.关键词
