摘要
Abstract
Independent creation was determined by science and technology input.In this text,the authors set up C-D production fuctiona and GM(1,N),making use of science and technology input data of Shandong from 1996 to 2006,which were used to study how the government science and technology input impacts on the business science and technology input.According to the study results,several universal problems in science and technology input could be analyzed and proper suggestions were raised.关键词
