Abstract
Assessing method of resistance to sclerotinia stem rot of rapeseed-match-stick inoculation method during flowering time was studied.The results of experiments done in controling environment conditions indicated that temperature and relative humidity significantly affected the lesion length of the stem.This method was also checked and evaluated in three countries through assessing the resistance of rapeseed lines.The results showed that there were different levels of tolerance to infection with Sclerotinia sclerotiorum present in the lines tested.Matck-stick inoculation method was used to screen for resistance to sclerotinia stem rot of rapeseed.关键词
