摘要
Abstract
A acid-resistant gram-positive bacterial strain was isolated fromsoil and characterized with morphological, physiologic and biochemical analysis. The results indicated that this was a Bacillus subtilis species strain. It can utilize glycerol as carbon and energy source. This strain can grow in the medium with 100 g/L NaCl, and at pH 5.1, as well as the model strain can grow at pH 5.7. Therefore, the strain Bsh01 shows somewhat acid-resistant and salt-resistant properties.关键词
